Fil Vault collects the information needed to operate the service: account details, uploaded image and PDF metadata, security records, reports, and messages sent through the contact form.

Images and access

Uploaded files are handled through the configured storage provider. Image access is evaluated by application policies. Private images are tied to their owner, and password authorization is scoped to the individual image.

Support and abuse prevention

Contact messages and reports may include privacy-safe technical metadata used to protect the service and investigate abuse. We do not display storage credentials or private operational settings in the browser.
