By using Fil Vault, you agree to use the service lawfully and responsibly. You must have the rights or permission needed to upload and share the images and PDFs you submit.

Fil Vault currently supports images and PDFs. Do not upload content that is illegal, abusive, deceptive, or intended to compromise the service. Fil Vault may limit access, remove content, or suspend accounts when the service or other people need protection. Use the upload page responsibly and contact support if you need help.

You are responsible for choosing appropriate visibility, password, and expiration settings for your uploaded files. Registered members are responsible for keeping their account credentials secure. See the privacy policy for the related data-handling summary.

These starter terms should be reviewed and completed for the applicable business, jurisdiction, and production operating model before launch.
